For help with HuntEdge on iPhone, first open Settings → Help & Support → User Guide inside the app.

Before contacting support

• Confirm location, photo, and notification permissions in iPhone Settings.
• For Track Me, open GPS Readiness and complete the one-minute field test.
• For offline topo maps, use Repair / Update Download while connected to the internet.
• Create a backup from Export & Backup before deleting or reinstalling the app.
